Eight Goals for the Years Ahead

Every goal in this plan builds on partnerships already taking root — with donors, civic clubs, and institutions across Saida — turning shared commitment into lasting growth.

During 2026–2030, the Association aims to:

Develop Education & Rehabilitation Programs

Update curricula and methods to keep pace with best practices in specialized education.

Expand Vocational Training

Increase training opportunities in suitable trades and connect them with real job opportunities.

Strengthen Independence Skills

Focus on daily living skills that enable beneficiaries to become more self-reliant.

Increase Community Integration Opportunities

Expand partnerships that open doors for beneficiaries to participate in their surroundings.

Support & Guide Families

Develop guidance and counseling programs to reach a greater number of families.

Develop Staff Capabilities

Continuous training for the educational and administrative team to raise its competency.

Improve Evaluation, Documentation & Follow-Up

More accurate systems to measure impact and track each beneficiary’s progress.

Strengthen Cooperation with Local Institutions

A wider network of partnerships in Saida and the surrounding area to support the sustainability of our services.
